Broekhof acquired by Pacombi Group
Pacombi Group has reached agreement on the acquisition of Broekhof Verpakkingen b.v. The acquisition is still formally submitted to the ACM for approval.
With 780 employees (480 Pacombi and 300 Broekhof), the Pacombi Group and Broekhof combination realizes an annual turnover of approximately € 350 million in various markets, including horticulture, retail, food service, industry and agriculture.
Jan Paardekooper, owner of Pacombi Group, calls the acquisition of Broekhof a great milestone. “It means that we can further improve our specialist and innovative offer to customers in floriculture. In addition, Broekhof’s foreign activities are in line with our international ambitions. I therefore warmly welcome all Broekhof employees to our Group.”

Broekhof has offices in Aalsmeer, Honselersdijk, Noordwijkerhout, Rijnsburg, Nairobi (Kenya), Rionegro (Colombia), Miami (US) and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam). Various renowned packaging companies have joined forces within the Pacombi Group, each with their own specialism: Paardekooper Verpakkingen B.V., Van der Windt Verpakking BV and Depa Disposables B.V.
